The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.100 of 2026, under Sections 3(5), 85, 110, 115(2), 127(3), 351(3) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Phase-IInd, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the accused applicants are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of opposite party no.3, who has lodged the FIR on 28.2.2026 against the accused applicants and her husband.
