The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0324 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS, P.S.- Sikandarabad, District- Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 7.4.2025 by the informant against the persons that his property has been subjected to sale by a person who impersonated as the informant seller.
