The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant - Manoj Kumar in Case Crime No. 183 of 2024 under Sections 307, 504, 34 I.P.C., Police Station - Bakewar, District - Etawah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that previously applicant was enlarged on anticipatory bail till submission of charge sheet. Now charge sheet has been submitted and the applicant has been summoned and there is apprehension of arrest. Applicant has no criminal history. It is further submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is innocent and has no concern with the present matter. Allegations levelled against the applicant are false.
