The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 309 of 2018 , under Sections 420 IPC, P.S.- Naugavan Sadat, District- Amroha, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has no criminal history. The accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 30.9.2018 with the allegation that co-accused Rajesh Kumar was having the franchises of Bank of Baroda to run a Grahak Seva Kendra at the village. The allegation is that the certain amount has been taken by the co-accused in the Grahak Seva Kendra for which the receipt has been issued but the amount was not deposite
