This application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 45 of 2025, Case No. 05682 of 2025, under Sections 147, 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Ghiror, District Mainpuri. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. The sale-deed was executed in favour of the father of the applicants in the year 1991 by the grandmother of the informant. The alleged will-deed pertaining to the said land was executed on 17.02.2016. The case is purely civil in nature. The informant has already instituted civil suit in the Court of the Civil Judge (II), Junior Division, Mainpuri,
