The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0012 of 2026, under Section 306 BNS, P.S. Barra, District South (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar) during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR is lodged on 6.1.2026 for the incident dated 20.9.2025, which is stated to be recorded in CCTV Camera. The accused applicant is house maid of the informant. The allegation is of theft of certain jewellery amounting to Rs.70,000/-.
