The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2026, under Sections 60/63 Excise Act and Sections 318(4), 319(2) BNS, P.S.- Balua, District- Chandauli. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 20.01.2026 lodged by the police with the allegation that he is the owner of the truck, wherein the police has confiscated 198 litres of liquors, which includes countrymade liquor and beer. The vehicle was seized and driver was arrested. The applicant has no criminal history. The vehicle was not having the chassis at the time when the vehicle was seized by the police. The
