The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0227 of 2023, under Section 420 IPC and 66 D Information Technology Act, P.S.- Bhojipura, District- Bareilly. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 02.04.2023 by the informant for the incident dated 14.02.2023. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the accused-applicant, who is relationship manager in the S.B.I. card, has approached the informant and provided him the credit card. The informant could not use the credit card, hence seeks the help of applicant when the credit card was misused by the accused-applicant and Rs.75,000
