The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 378 of 2025, under Sections 420, 468, 471 IPC and 3/9 U.P. Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998, P.S.- Noida Sector-58 (Commissionerate), District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 16.10.2025 lodged by the Branch Manager of Bank of India, wherein the accused-applicant was serving as Probationary Officer.
