The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 351(3), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 3(5), 61(2) BNS, P.S.- Bhawanpur, District- Meerut. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. dated 12.03.2026 is lodged against anonymous person with the allegation that on 11.03.2026 at about 11:30 p.m. some of the miscreants came to the house of informant and opened fire. They have also threatened the informant and went away. There is no injury. The accused-applicant has no criminal history. There is no test identification parade that the accused-applicant is involved in the incident. The applicant wants
