The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 341 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S.- Katghar, District- Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant was the Branch Manager of Canera Bank, who is not named in FIR dated 10.06.2025. The informant has lodged in the FIR that his cousin brother and his wife has misappropriated the amount of father lying in LIC bond.
