The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2025, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S.- Phoolpur, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 12.2.2025 by the Special Investigation Team against the Manager of the Madarsa, when the team visited the Madarsa and found certain discrepancies in carrying out the Madarasa and not maintaining required registers as well as misusing the grant in aid amount of Rs.3,45,000/-.
