This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 98/2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 131, 110 BNS, Police Station Mansurpur District Muzaffarnagar. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive. It is next submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant however no offence is made out against the applicant. It is further submitted that similarly placed co-accused Mohd.
