Heard Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 608 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) 115(2), 316(2), 351(3), 351, 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail during trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is husband of the victim i.e. informant of the case and on the basis of false allegation only due to matrimonial dispute he has been roped in the present matter along with his family memb
