The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 489 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 308(2), 61(2) of BNS and Section 66-D I.T. Act, P.S.- Bahjoi, District- Sambhal, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by the police on 8.12.2025 against the two named accused with the allegation that the accused applicant used to allure the innocent villagers and get their bank accounts opened in the bank with the mobile numbers of co-accused Rukhasana and Saharukh, who were named in the FIR.
