This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0087 of 2024 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120-B IPC, Police Station Pallavpuram, District Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motives.
