Court No. - 70 HON'BLE JAI PRAKASH TIWARI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 279 of 2021 under Section 409 IPC, Police Station Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motives. It is further submitted that the present FIR has been lodged against the applicant and co-accused, namely Viresh, alleging the misappropriation of money, which had been entrusted to them for the purpose of loading cash into ATM machines. It is next submitted that the co-accused, Viresh, has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned vide order dated 09.11.2022, and a copy of the said bail order
