This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2026 under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109, 110, 118(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Bardah, District Azamgarh. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive. It is next submitted that the allegations levelled by the prosecution are that the applicant along with other co-accused persons assaulted the injured persons, as a result of which they sustained injuries. It is further submitted that the applicant has no concern with the allegations levelled ag
