The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 320 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 394, 354(ka) IPC, Police Station Bilhaur, District Kanpur Nagar with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail during trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is allegation of outraging the modesty of victim against the applicant and others but entire allegations levelled against them were totally false. He next submits, when during investigation, they approached this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1953 of 2024 against the FIR of the present case then Division Bench of this Court on 25.04.2024 was pleased to stay their arrest and pursuant to the order passed
