This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 415/2025 under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Junawayi District Sambhal. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present matter due to ulterior motive. It is next submitted that the applicants were not named in the FIR. It is also submitted that co-accused- Anek Singh and Urman have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail
