The present appeal under Section 413 BNSS has been filed by the mother of the victim against the judgement and order dated 02.04.2026 passed by the Additional Session Judge/Additional Special Judge (POCSO Act), Court No.1, Firozabad in P.S.T No.2625 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.649 of 2024, under Sections 126(2), 74, 351(3), 70(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station North, District Firozabad. Through its judgement the trial court acquitted the accused/opposite parties. The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused/opposite party nos.2 and 3 molested the prosecutrix and subsequently abducted her while she was returning from the market and committed rape on her at an isolated place.
