First, Varanasi in Sessions Trial No. 163 of 2018 (State Vs. Kapil Dev Yadav) arising out of Case Crime No. 45 of 2018, under Sections 376, 420 of I.P.C., Police Station Cantt., District Varanasi, whereby the learned Trial Court acquitted the accused/opposite party no.2 from the offence under Sections 376, 420 I.P.C. 3.
