Vs. Anurag Singh & Ors.) arising out of Case Crime No. 13 of 2022 under Sections 498A, 304B/306 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act, Police Station- Nawabganj, District- Kanpur Nagar whereby the accused/opposite parties in the case have been acquitted by the trial court. The appeal is reported to be beyond time by 208 days. However considering that the appeal arises from a trial relating to dowry death, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Office to allot regular number to the appeal.
