The first prayer for bail of the appellant was dismissed by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.09.2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 9235 of 2024 (Manoj Vs. State of U.P. and Another), the same reads as under:- "Manoj-Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 to challenge the order dated 17.8.2024 passed by Special Judge, (S.C./S.T.)
