This appeal has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge-sheet dated 12th November, 2024, cognizance/summoning order dated 5th April, 2025 as well as entire proceedings of Sessions Case No. 820 of 2025 (State Vs. Ashok Pathak & Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 45 of 2024 under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 (1) (da), 3 (1) (dha) and 3 (2) (va) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station-Khandauli, District-Agra pending in the Court of Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Agra. 3. Relevant facts are that a first information report has been lodged by opposite party no.2, namely, Bhoop Singh @
