This criminal appeal under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant Nurain with the prayer to set-aside the impugned judgement and order dated 19.12.2025 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 15, Prayagraj in Bail Application No. 5453 of 2025 (Nurain vs. State of U.P.) arising out of Case Crime No. 342 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352, 191(2), 3(5) BNS and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Dhoomanganj, District Prayagraj, and with a further prayer to release the appellant on bail in the aforesaid case. 4
