This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the order dated 11.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Banda in Special Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2022 (State vs. Gajraj Yadav), arising out of Case Crime No. 170 of 2021, under Sections 302, 364 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Naraini, District Banda, whereby the learned Trial Court has summoned the appellant under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to face trial. 3. Brief facts of the prosecution case are that on 14.12.2021 at about 13:09 hours, the informant-Lakshmi lodged an FIR alleging that on the previous night at about 8:00 p.m., Radhey Shyam
