This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) of The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred to allow the appeal and quash entire proceedings of Special Session Trial No. 658 of 2025 (State Vs. Khushwaha @ Murtzaf and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S. and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v-a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Mundha Pandey, District Moradabad, including charge-sheet dated 24.02.2025 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act, Moradabad, in
