The present contempt petition has been initiated pursuant to a reference u/s 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 made by the District Judge (Commercial Court)-02, Rohini District Courts, Delhi. 2. The same was occasioned in the context of CS (Comm.) No.85/2024, in which the concerned Court appointed a Local Commissioner. The Local Commissioner attempted inspection on 03.11.2025 and again on 05.11.2025, however, he was denied entry both times by the defendant no.2 / respondent herein. The said obstruction has been confirmed by the report of the Local Commissioner dated 06.11.2025. 3.
