(ORAL) CONT.CAS(C) 9/2026 & CM APPL. 36679/2026 (on behalf of the respondent seeking directions in view of the amicable settlement and disposal of the underlying suit before the Trial Court) 1. The present contempt petition has been initiated pursuant to a reference u/s 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 made by the District Judge (Commercial Court)-02, Rohini District Courts, Delhi. 2. The same was occasioned in the context of CS (Comm.) No.85/2024, in which the concerned Court appointed a Local Commissioner. The Local Commissioner attempted inspection on 03.11.2025 and again on 05.11.2025, however, he was denied entry both times by the defendant no.2 / respondent herein. The said obstruction has been confirmed by the report of the Local Commissioner dated 06.11.2025. 3. Subsequently, the District Judge (Commercial Court)-02, Rohini 4. Consequently, the matt
