The applicant claims to be owner of the house in dispute. Apprehending demolition of his house, he along with six other persons had approached the writ Court through Writ-C No. 40078 of 2025 in which an order was passed by Division Bench on 17.11.2025, which is as under:- "1. Heard Mr. Quazi Mohammad Akaram,, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. 2.
