The petitioners have assailed an order dated 31.03.2025 issued by the State-Government according financial approval to certain amount for carrying out widening of a road in Dal Mandi area of Varanasi. The specific case of the petitioners is that the respondents in course of widening the road intend to demolish the constructions of the petitioners although, the same has not been acquired nor any compensation has been paid to them.
