Apprehending the demolition of his house/shop, applicants had approached this Court through Writ-C No.18507 of 2025 which was disposed of on 02.07.2025 and following order was passed:- "1. Heard Sri Q.M. Akaram, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Suresh Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel for the State- respondents. 2. The petitioners have assailed an order dated 31.03.2025 issued by the State-Government according financial approval to certain amount for carrying out widening of a road in Dal Mandi area of Varanasi. The specific case of the petitioners is that the respondents in course of widening the road intend to demolish the constructions of the petitioners although, the same has not been acquired nor any compensation has been paid to them. He places reliance on the order dated 20.05.2025 passed in Writ-C No.12319 o
