Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned Standing Counsel for State respondents. 2. At the outset, Shri Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned Standing Counsel apprises the Court that the controversy in hand is squarely covered by the order dated 24.11.2025 passed by the coordinate Bench in Writ C No.40143 of 2025 (Mukhtar Ahmad vs. State of U.P. and 2 others). 3.
