This writ petition assails an interim order dated 3 February 2026 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1 in MA 236/2026 in OA 4518/2025, whereby the petitioner’s prayer for vacation of the earlier stay granted in favour of the respondent has been dismissed. 5. The order directs the OA to be listed on 18 March 2026 when, apparently, it could not be taken up. We are informed that the OA is next listed on 29 May 2026. 6. With consent of parties, we dispose of this writ petition with a request to the Tribunal to either take up the OA itself for final hearing on 29 May 2026 or as soon thereafter as may be possible, preferably, within six weeks from the said date and to pass orders on the OA thereafter as expeditiously as possible. 7.
