(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of criminal complaint bearing COMI No.44 of 2020 titled as M/s Green Earth vs. Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solution Private Limited, Mumbai and others, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120-B IPC as well as for quashing of order dated 01.10.2020. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the same has been settled finally. He further submits that in view of the terms and conditions of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the main complaint has also been withdrawn by the respondent.
