Heard learned counsel for the revisionist/plaintiff. 2. Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that the revisionist is the adopted son of Jeevdhan, who became a Sanyasi. The defendant took advantage of this position and, by misrepresentation and coercion, got a sale deed executed in his favour in the year 1987. When the plaintiff/appellant came to know about this fact, he filed the original civil suit seeking a decree restraining the defendant from interfering in his peaceful possession of the field and from disturbing his farming activities in the said field. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist has further submitted that he is still the actual owner and in possession of the land in question and is cultivating the same.
