In order to ensure smooth, peaceful and lawful execution of the order dated 06.02.2026 passed by this Hon’ble High Court and to prevent any breach of peace or obstruction at the site, all necessary arrangements were made as per the order of Wr. Commissioner of Police, Faridabad. However, in the meantime, the Ld. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Faridabad (copy enclosed), has passed the following interim order dated 11.03.2026 in Civil Suit No.CS/678-2025 titled as Rajender Kaur vs. M/s Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd.:-
