This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.183, dated 11.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (earlier Sections 506(1), 34 of IPC, 1860) and Section 25 of Arms act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 26.02.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR. 3. Vide order dated 20.04.2026, parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/Trial Court and report with regard to the genuineness of the compromise was called for. AN
