Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed representation dated 15.01.2026 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda to decide the representation (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law.
