The same is taken on record. 1. The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 15.12.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-24118-2016. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that LPA No. 1045-2026 has been preferred against order dated 15.12.2025 whereby Division bench of this Court has stayed the operation of impugned judgment dated 15.12.2025. 3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Needless to say that petitioner can avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of LPA No. 1045-2026. 5.
