Prayer in this petition filed by applicant-wife is for transfer of the petition filed by respondent-husband under Sections 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 (for short ‘the Act’) bearing No.HMA/509/2025 titled as “Jashanjit Singh Ranu vs. Chetan Bhullar” (Annexure P-1) pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Barnala to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits :- i) That the present Transfer Application is being pursued by the mother of the applicant-wife, namely, Smt. Navdeep Kaur aged 55 years, being Special Power of Attorney Holder of the applicant-wife as the applicant-wife alongwith her daughter are residing in Canada.
