(Oral) Prayer in the present Transfer Application is for transfer of the petition filed by the respondent under Section 12 read with Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present Transfer Application may be disposed of in view of the Settlement/Compromise dated 07.05.2026 arrived at between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, copy whereof has been appended on record. It is further submitted that in terms of the aforesaid settlement, the respondent has handed over Demand Draft dated 22.05.2026 bearing No.557574 for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, drawn on Serve Haryana Gramin Bank, Kali Ravan, to VIJAY
