This appeal is by the appellant-University challenging the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 13.03.2026, whereby the claim of respondent for regularization has been allowed. 2. Undisputed facts of the case are that the employee concerned was appointed on daily wage basis by the appellant-University in November 1989. His services were later terminated in 1995. The employee, thus aggrieved, approached Labour Court on a reference which was answered in favour of the respondent vide award dated 30.07.1999 ordering reinstatement with continuity in service and full back wages. The employee was thereafter taken in service and he continued in service till his demise on 30.07.2023. 3. From the aforesaid facts, it is apparent that the continuation of
