Through the instant petition, cast under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, a challenge is thrown to the orders dated 16.12.2024 (Annexure P-6), and 31.12.2024 (Annexure P-7), whereby, the petitioner's pay has been reduced, and the recovery of Rs.2,34,670/- has been effected from her pensionary benefits. 2. Today, learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by Mr. Raspinder Singh, Executive Engineer, fairly, concedes that the order, wherethrough, the pay of the petitioner was refixed, has been passed without affording any opportunity of hearing to her. 3. He further submits that the respondent-department intends to revisit their earlier orders, and would pass a fresh order, after complying the principle of natural justice.
