(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 10.01.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Deputy Collector, Barnala Canal & Ground Water Division, Water Resources Department, Punjab, Barnala (respondent No.3) 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one with better particulars, on the same cause of action. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4. All pending applicatio
