Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.0005, dated 08.03.2023, under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station NRI Police Station, District SAS Nagar along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 12.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. 2.
