This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.20, dated 26.03.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 324, 452, 506, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala as well as cross version case registered vide GD No.20 dated 05.05.2024 (Annexure P-2) with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-4). 2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR. 3.
