Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 10.09.2025 in case No.SC-43-2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib vide which the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and his bail/surety bonds were forfeited to the State. Further prayer has been made to quash/set aside the impugned orders dated 06.11.2025, 02.01.2026, 19.02.2026 and 28.04.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib whereby learned Sessions Judge continued to issue fresh non-bailable warrants against the petitioner and initiated proceedings under Section 446 Cr.P.C. against the surety in case FIR No.0099 dated 22.07.2019, under Sections 323, 379-B, 34 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was regularly appearing before th
