(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the memorandum dated 07.01.2026, Annexure P-13, containing the statement of allegations and charges against the petitioner. 2. On 24.04.2026, learned State counsel contended that the Department was unable to take further action on the chargesheet issued vide the impugned memorandum, since the reply submitted thereto by the petitioner dated 27.01.2026, was unsigned. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, accordingly, handed over a signed copy of the reply dated 02.04.2026, to learned State counsel on the last date of hearing, i.e., 28.04.2026.
