Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent – Dharam Pal Punia has already fled an application relinquishing his claim to appoint him as Professor in the Department of Law based upon his earlier selection as an Associate Professor. 2. Mr. Kaushal, Advocate, appearing for the appellants submits that in view of the stand so taken by the respondent, as per which, he had relinquished his claim, no grievance survives in the present appeal. 3. Learned counsel representing the respondent also endorses the fact that the disputed claim has now been relinquished by the respondent. 4.
