The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.905 dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 302 IPC (Section 103 BNS) [Sections 404, 382 and 201 IPC (Sections 315, 307, 238 of BNS) added later on] at Police Station Palla, Faridabad. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no person has been named as an accused in the FIR. The petitioner came to be nominated later with the allegations that he was seen on CCTV footage taking away scooty of the deceased. As the petitioner is a juvenile, is in custody since 26.12.2023 but only 04 of the 28 prosecution witnesses have been examined so far, the Trial of the present case is not likely to be concluded anytime soon and therefore, he is entitled to the concession of bail.
